Member Rate – $450.00
Rate for AGS members includes all sessions, events, tours, workshops, and food. On your own lodging. Also includes Preservation Workshop if paying for full conference but must pre-register for the workshop to reserve a space.
Non-Member Rate – $525.00
Rate for non AGS members includes all sessions, events, tours, workshops, and food. On your own lodging. Also includes Preservation Workshop if paying for full conference but must pre-register for workshop to reserve a space.

Full Conference Registration - On Your Own Lodging

York College of Pennsylvania - York, PA

Full conference with on your own lodging, includes all meals from dinner Tuesday the 17th through breakfast Sunday the 22nd, the Wednesday and Saturday field trips, paper sessions, roundtables, evening talks, hands-on workshops, late-night gatherings, the Annual Meeting for AGS members, opening reception, and the annual Awards Ceremony.

Please note: you are responsible for your own off-campus arrangements and transportation to campus. AGS does not negotiate any conference rates.

Last day to cancel and request a refund is May 10, 2025. We must strictly adhere to this deadline as AGS must make a non-refundable payment to York College of Pennsylvania on this date.
