Guest Registration - On Campus Lodging

Thinking of bringing your significant other or a friend to York with you? This non-conference attendee rate may be perfect for you! Share a private room and your attendee has access to all meals (including Reception and Awards Banquet) throughout the onsite days but is able to explore the area on their own. A guide to local attractions will be available at registration. On fieldtrip days, guest registrants pick up their own boxed lunch before the busses leave.

Guest Registration with on-campus lodging (sheets, blanket, pillow, pillowcase, washcloth, and bath towel provided - no hand towel), includes all meals from dinner Tuesday, June 17th through breakfast on Sunday, June 23rd. Dormitory housing includes a private bedroom and two shared bathrooms on each floor. The shared bathrooms have open sinks, but private lockable showers and toilets.
