Full conference with on your own lodging, includes all meals from dinner Tuesday the 23rd through breakfast Sunday the 28th, the Wednesday and Saturday field trips, paper sessions, roundtables, evening talks, hands-on workshops, late-night gatherings, the Annual Meeting for AGS members, opening reception, and the annual Awards Ceremony. Full conference attendees may attend the Preservation Workshop for no extra charge. Please indicate your desire to attend during registration.
Please note: you are responsible for your own off-campus arrangements and transportation to campus. AGS does not negotiate any conference rates.
On time registration is through May 8th. From May 9th through May 15th you may register with a late fee. All in-person registrations not fully paid by May 15 will be cancelled.
Last day to cancel and request a refund is May 15, 2026. We must strictly adhere to this deadline as AGS must make a non-refundable payment to Grand Valley State University on this date.
